AVOCADO
Avocados are an amazing source of healthy fats, potassium, and fiber. They are often called “nature’s butter” because of their creamy texture and are a great addition to salads, sandwiches, or even a smoothie!

Avocados can be stored on the counter until ripe. An avocado is ripe when it gives slightly to gentle pressure, and it should then be stored in the fridge and eaten within a week.

Make an easy snack by mashing up an avocado with a fork and spreading it on toast. Season with salt & pepper or even add egg, red pepper flakes, and sriracha to spice it up!
