blackberries
Blackberries are a great source of vitamins C & K and fiber and are rich in antioxidants. Blackberries are a great addition to smoothies, cereal, yogurt, or salads, and can also be eaten on their own. You could even try making your own blackberry jam!

Store blackberries in the plastic container they come in for 3–6 days in the refrigerator. Don’t wash them until you’re ready to eat to keep berries fresh.
-
Since blackberries are tart, let them come to room temperature before serving to a baby. Warmer temperatures soften the berries and give them a better flavor.
