Blueberries can be stored in the refrigerator right in the plastic container they come in for up to a week. Keep them fresh by waiting to wash until you are ready to eat.

Blueberries pose a choking hazard for babies up to 12 months old, so try feeding them a blueberry puree instead. Blend or mash blueberries until they are pureed and serve with yogurt.
