Cauliflower can be refrigerated in a plastic bag for up to a week. Do not wash until it is ready to be used and trim away any brown bruises prior to cooking.

Try buffalo cauliflower! Cut the cauliflower into pieces and coat in buffalo sauce, garlic power, and onion powder, then roast until crisp. Eat it by itself or in salads and tacos.
