Corn
Corn is a great source of fiber and B vitamins. It can be eaten on its own or added to salsa, bread, salad, and soup. Try boiling or grilling an ear of corn.

To store corn, wrap ears tightly in a plastic bag and place it in the fridge, where it will last for several days.

Corn kernels pose a potential choking hazard for babies under 1 year old. Try serving corn on the cob for the baby to chew on – breaking up the kernels will reduce the choking hazard. Babies can also enjoy pureed corn.
