Store parsley by putting it stem first into a glass of water & covering the leaves with a plastic bag. Place the glass in the fridge where it can be stored for at least 2 weeks. Change the water if it begins to discolor.

You can put largely chopped parsley on anything! It adds flavor and makes the dish look prettier.
