SAGE
Even though it is only consumed in small amounts, sage still provides many important nutrients like vitamin K and antioxidants. Sage has a subtle earthy flavor and is typically not eaten raw. For the best flavor, add sage to your dish at the end of cooking.

Wrap the leaves in paper towels and place in a plastic bag in the refrigerator, where they will keep for 4–5 days.

Try storing fresh sage leaves covered in olive oil. This allows them to keep longer, for about 3 weeks, and then you can use the flavored oil, too!
