Watercress
Watercress is a good source of vitamin C, iron, magnesium, and B6 vitamins. It is a great garnish and an easy addition to soups, salads, or even sandwiches.

Store watercress in a plastic bag in the crisper section of the fridge for up to 2 days. You can also store the stalks in water and cover the leaves loosely with a plastic bag, then place in the refrigerator.

Watercress is a dark, leafy green and can be steamed and served to infants with other leafy greens to increase their iron levels.
